Reviews and Ratings
I was absolutely blown away by this hotel! The room was stunning, with a huge and incredibly comfortable bed, a lively bathroom, and great amenities like tea/coffee making facilities, good TV, and a safe. However, it was a bit pricey, but I can't complain because the room was so worth it! The hotel's location is spot on, close to various bars and restaurants. The staff, although mostly supportive, could be a bit more understanding of different guest expectations. The dining experience left a lot to be desired, especially considering the cost of the room. However, the facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.
The hotel had lovely and spacious rooms with high ceilings, a nice bathroom, and modern decor. The bathroom was clean and well presented, featuring quality towels and L'Occitane toiletries. The mezzanine bedroom was a nice touch. However, the dining was a bit expensive, lacking variety in continental options.
The hotel's rooms were amazing, with luxury features like a huge double walk-in shower and a double bath, perfect for couples in love. However, some areas appeared a bit tired and could use a refresh, especially considering the bustling nightlife on Canal Street. The service was friendly with every attention to detail, though there was a hint of smugness initially. The location was excellent for accessing the city center and enjoying the vibrant nightlife, despite some background noise from nearby clubs. The dining options were a bit limited, but the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, a great central location with some room for improvement in certain aspects.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the vibrant nightlife on Canal Street and within easy reach of the shopping center and cultural sites. The rooms, though, were a bit of a letdown with thin walls and a small size for the price. The service was friendly overall, but there were some uncomfortable moments like late-night disturbances. The dining experience, however, was delightful with a tasty breakfast provided. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
